Rich McNanna is an American actor known for his voice work in English-language adaptations of anime series and films. Born in 1977 in Newark, New Jersey, he attended Seton Hall University. His career in voice acting is closely associated with several notable anime titles produced in the late 1990s and 2000s.

McNanna provided the English voice for Hiroyuki Fujita, the main male character in the anime series To Heart, which originally aired in 1999. He also voiced the lead role of Shuichi Shindo in the English version of the OVA series Gravitation: Lyrics of Love. In addition to these series roles, he contributed to the Pokémon franchise, providing voices for characters in two feature films. He played the Pokémon Ranger Jack Walker in Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea and voiced Tonio in Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai. His other anime credits include the role of Chihiro Enomoto in the OVA series Kujibiki Unbalance.

Throughout his voice acting career, McNanna collaborated with a consistent group of fellow voice actors on multiple projects. He worked alongside Bill Rogers, Carol Jacobanis, Jessica Calvello, Debora Rabbai, and Michele Knotz on both To Heart and Gravitation: Lyrics of Love, and again with Rogers and Knotz on Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. Beyond these major roles, he made non-recurring appearances in the Pokémon television series and was a regular voice on several series produced by Everest Productions for Ebru Television.
