Morgan Hallett, also credited as Morgan Hallet, is a Canadian-American actress who began her career as a child voice actor in the 1980s. She was born in Montreal, Quebec, on June 17, 1974. Hallett started working in voice-over for cartoons at the age of eleven. Her early entry into the industry involved commuting by cab from school to a recording studio on weekends.

Hallett's voice acting work is primarily known from two anime series dubbed into English in 1987 by the Canadian company Cookie Jar Group. Her debut role was providing the voice of the title character Laura Koala in the series The Adventures of the Little Koala. She is also recognized for voicing the protagonist Dorothy Gale in the 1986 anime The Wonderful Wizard of Oz for its English redub. These voice roles were undertaken when she was between the ages of eleven and twelve. She retired from voice acting for animation in 1987 to focus on other areas of performance.

Following her brief voice acting career, Hallett transitioned to work primarily in theatre, film, and television. She has appeared in Broadway productions, including roles in Translations and Long Day's Journey into Night. Her on-screen credits include appearances in television series such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent and New Amsterdam. Later in her career, she became a New York City-based actress and audiobook narrator. She has received recognition for her audiobook work, winning an AudioFile Earphones Award.
