Shuka Saitō is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency Holy Peak. She was born on August 16, 1996, in Saitama Prefecture. From a young age, she trained in dance, beginning with a hip-hop course in the fourth grade of elementary school and continuing lessons through her third year of high school, which greatly influenced her aspiration to perform on stage. In her second year of high school, she also began taking singing lessons.

Saitō's career began in 2015 when she successfully auditioned for the role of Yō Watanabe in the multimedia franchise Love Live! Sunshine!!, marking her debut as a voice actress. This role became her most prominent, as she also became a member of Aqours, the fictional idol group within the series, performing as both a voice actress and singer. Her work with Aqours has been highly successful, contributing to the franchise's popularity and leading to numerous single and album releases. In 2017, she and the other members of Aqours received the Singing Award at the 11th Seiyū Awards.

Following her success with Love Live! Sunshine!!, Saitō expanded her voice acting portfolio with a variety of notable roles. She voiced Asaka "Sasanqua" Mayama in the 2019 anime series Oresuki. In 2020, she had a role as Misa Amane, credited as DJ Misamisa, in an episode of D4DJ First Mix. A significant role came in 2021 when she portrayed Rika Kawai, one of the main characters in the original anime series Wonder Egg Priority. She continued to take on diverse characters, such as Miki Fukumoto in Akebi's Sailor Uniform in 2022, and reprised her role as Yō in the 2023 spin-off series Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror-. Her work also extends to video games, with roles including Yumi Amano in the game Miko Note and other characters in games like Granblue Fantasy and Samurai Maiden.

In addition to her voice acting, Saitō has pursued a solo singing career. In June 2019, she signed with the music label Sacra Music. She released her first mini-album, Kutsuhimo, in August 2019, which peaked at fifth on the Oricon charts. Later that year, she released her first single, 36°C/Papapa; the song Papapa was used as the opening theme for the anime series Oresuki. She has since released multiple singles, EPs, and a full album, Patchwork, in 2021.
