Debora Rabbai is an American voice actress based in New York City who has been active in the anime dubbing industry since 1996. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is also known by the alias Angora Deb, under which she has been credited for many of her roles. Her career has involved providing voices for numerous English adaptations of Japanese anime series and OVAs, working with studios such as Central Park Media and NYAV Post.
Rabbai's filmography includes a wide range of characters from the late 1990s and 2000s. Some of her notable roles include Shaia Hishizaki in Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer, Sofia in Battle Arena Toshinden, Ayane Mitsui in Ayane's High Kick, Kei in Midnight Panther, Irene in Space Travelers, and Mii in My My Mai. She also voiced Maiko Shindo in Gravitation: Lyrics of Love.
