Akiho Suzumoto

Description
Akiho Suzumoto is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on October 16. She is affiliated with the talent agency VIMS and a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute. Her motivation to pursue a career in voice acting was inspired by the multimedia franchise Kantai Collection, as she was attracted to the idea of playing multiple roles as a single performer.

Suzumoto's professional career began after she successfully passed a major public audition in 2017 for the mobile game BraveSword×BlazeSoul, where she was one of only three winners selected from over a thousand applicants and was cast as the character ΦΦΦ. Her first major and long-running role came in 2018 when she was cast as Natsuha Arisugawa in the popular mobile game The Idolmaster Shiny Colors. This role is central to her career, and she has since reprised it in live concert events and the 2024 anime television series adaptation of the game.

In 2023, Suzumoto landed her first main role in an anime television series, playing Aika Natsukawa in Yumemiru Danshi wa Genjitsushugisha (The Dreaming Boy Is a Realist). For this role, she also performed the series' ending theme song, Yume wa Mijikashi Koiseyo Otome, sung in her character's name. Other significant roles include Serina Sumi in the game Blue Archive and Millie in the 2024 anime The New Gate. Her filmography also includes minor roles in series such as World's End Harem and Rifle Is Beautiful.

Beyond her individual roles, Suzumoto is a member of the voice actor unit Alice Eyez, alongside Mayuko Kazama, Azusa Shizuki, and Tomomi Tanaka. Among her documented skills and hobbies are illustrating, performing overhand passes, and the notable ability to recite 70 digits of the mathematical constant pi.
