Carlos Mireles is a Mexican voice actor, announcer, and communicologist known for his work in anime dubbing. Born on June 29, 1984, he began his career in dubbing in 2012 after initially working in broadcasting starting in 2008. He is a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, where he specialized in Cinematographic Analysis, Narrative, and Semiotics. Beyond his performance work, Mireles is an independent researcher who proposes the concept of voice dubbing as a form of intersemiotic translation and has participated in academic colloquiums on this subject.

Mireles has built a substantial career voicing a wide range of characters in anime. Some of his most recognized roles include Tadashi Kikuchi, also known as Snake, in the series SK8 the Infinity; and Aoi Todo in the popular franchise Jujutsu Kaisen and its prequel film, Jujutsu Kaisen 0. His filmography also features prominent parts such as Cain in the film Origin: Spirits of the Past, and Kabao in Soreike! Anpanman: Yōsei Rinrin no Himitsu. Other notable anime credits include characters in long-running series like One Piece, Hunter × Hunter, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, and Bungo Stray Dogs.

In addition to his work in anime, Mireles has lent his voice to numerous live-action films and series, including roles in Mujer Maravilla 1984, Rápidos y furiosos 9, and Green Book: Una amistad sin fronteras.
