Emilie Rault is a French voice actor known for her work in the French dubbing of animated and live-action productions. Born to an American mother and a French father, she received a bilingual education and began working in dubbing at the age of nine. Alongside her voice career, she pursued academic studies in musicology, earning a Master's degree through a dual program at the Sorbonne and Columbia University in New York, with a focus on opera staging. She has also worked as a theatre actress and an opera director.
Rault's career in animation includes a wide range of prominent roles. She is the French voice of Asuka Langley Shikinami in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which includes Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance, Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, and Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time, as well as in the second dubbing of the original Neon Genesis Evangelion series.
