Natsuko Hara is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and entertainer born on July 6, 1988, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Crocodile and is also known for her work as a regional entertainer in her home prefecture.

Hara's career in entertainment began with live activities as an idol in the Aichi region. In 2013, she participated in a regional revitalization project for the Aichi prefectural government, which included radio segments and coverage in local news. She pursued formal voice acting training at institutions such as the Japan Narration Acting Institute and IAM Agency. Her official voice acting debut came in 2015 with a leading role in the short-form television anime "JK Meshi!" where she voiced the character Saki Saeki. In 2016, she took a temporary hiatus from activities to undergo treatment for early-stage cancer but returned to work later that same year.

Natsuko Hara has built a diverse portfolio of anime roles, often playing supporting characters with distinct personalities. She is known for her work in several long-running and popular series. She voices Rishia Ivyred in The Rising of the Shield Hero, a role she has reprised across multiple seasons including Season 2 and Season 3. In the romantic comedy Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It, she plays the character Kotonoha Kanade, appearing in both the first season and the second season subtitled r=1-sinθ. She also has a recurring role as Mei Tachibana in the Dropkick on My Devil! franchise, voicing the character in the original series, its second season, and the special "Apocalypse Day". Another notable recurring role is Meinya in the Made in Abyss series, including the film Dawn of the Deep Soul and the second season, The Golden City of the Scorching Sun.
