Nobuyuki Kobushi is a Japanese voice actor born on September 8, 1974, in Kyoto Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production and has been active in the voice acting industry since the early 2000s. His career is characterized by a wide range of supporting roles in anime television series, original video animations, and video games, often portraying adult male characters such as teachers, officials, and other authority figures.
