Lucila Gomez is an Argentine voice actor and voiceover artist with a career spanning over two decades. Born in Buenos Aires on October 4, 1978, she is a certified locutora, having graduated from the Instituto Superior de Enseñanza Radiofónica, and also works as a theatre actress and voice coach. Her professional voice work extends beyond acting to include serving as the institutional and artistic voice for television channels such as Cosmopolitan TV, Nat Geo Kids, and the Sci-Fi Channel, a role she continues for outlets like Nick Jr. and HITN.
Gomez is widely recognized for her work in anime and animation dubbing. She provided the Latin American Spanish voice for the title character Ponyo in Hayao Miyazaki's Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea and for the protagonist Chihiro in the Academy Award-winning film Spirited Away.
