Hiromichi Tezuka is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Remax. He was born on October 5th in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. His blood type is O, and he stands 184 cm tall. He previously used the stage name Hiromichi Nobeshima.

Tezuka began his career in 2010, initially focusing on dubbing work for foreign films and television series before transitioning to anime voice acting. In his early years in the anime industry, he was frequently cast in minor and supporting roles.

Over his career, Tezuka has built an extensive list of anime credits, voicing a wide variety of characters.
