Nicola "Nico" Devico Mamone is a German actor and voice actor born in 1976 in Solingen. He grew up speaking German, Italian, and Argentinian Spanish, and received acting training at institutions including the Michael Tschechow Studio in Berlin. In addition to his voice work, Mamone has appeared in various film and television productions, including short films and the television film Die Bernadotte-Dynastie.

Mamone is known for providing the German voice for characters in numerous anime series and films. One of his notable roles is Pazu in the German dubbing of the Studio Ghibli film Castle in the Sky (known in German as Das Schloss im Himmel). He also voiced the character Koukin Shuuyu in the anime series Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny. Another significant anime role is Griffith in the German version of Berserk.

Beyond these specific credits, his broader career in dubbing includes voicing characters in a wide range of animated series. He provided the first German voice for Sky in Winx Club and voiced Nile Nairo in Beyblade: Metal Fusion. His dubbing work extends to live-action productions as well, where he frequently lends his voice to actors such as Gael García Bernal, Michael Peña, and Jim Sturgess in the German versions of their films. He is also the German voice of Dr. Spencer Reid, originally played by Matthew Gray Gubler, in the long-running series Criminal Minds.

Mamone's talent in dubbing has been recognized with awards. In 2007, he won the Liliput Prize at the Berlinale for the best dubbing in the film The Science of Sleep. In 2021, he was honored with the German Acting Award in the category "Die Stimme" (The Voice) for his outstanding work as a dubbing actor.
