Andrew Philpot is an American actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime and in video games. He is sometimes credited as Andy Philpot. Philpot has been particularly active in anime dubs produced in the 1990s and early 2000s, lending his voice to a range of characters in various OVAs and feature films.

His notable voice roles are numerous and span several well-known anime titles. He provided the English voice for the iconic protagonist D in the film Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. In the film Alexander: The Movie, he voiced the lead role of Alexander. He is also credited as the voice of Tsunami Shijo in the OVA Twilight of the Dark Master. Other prominent roles include Yurimaru in Ninja Scroll, Makoto Mizushina in Magical Girl Pretty Sammy, Jason Gray and Kelly Vincent in Pet Shop of Horrors, and a young Nobuyuki Masaki in Tenchi Muyo! in Love. He also voiced Aizen, Gunbei, Heita, and Mokuji in the Ninja Scroll television series. Beyond these lead and supporting roles, Philpot contributed additional voices to many other projects, including the English dub of Studio Ghibli's Castle in the Sky and the series Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team.

Philpot's career also includes significant work in video games. He is known for voicing Lord Braska in Final Fantasy X and Prince Rasler Heios Nabradia in Final Fantasy XII. His filmography extends to live-action and Western animation, with appearances in the television series Columbo and a voice role in the animated series Spicy City.

Throughout his career in the dubbing industry, Philpot has frequently collaborated with a recurring group of voice actors and directors.
