Yukari Kokubun is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on February 8, 1983, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Power Rise, having moved there in July 2016 after previous tenures with Y.M.O and Beebo. Her journey into voice acting was inspired during her junior high school years by the anime Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go!!. She pursued this passion by enrolling in the Voice Acting Department at the Amusement Media Academy, from which she graduated in 2003.

Kokubun's most iconic and defining role is as the protagonist Tsunayoshi Tsuna Sawada in the long-running anime series Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. She voiced the character across the television series, numerous video games, drama CDs, and other related media, a role that significantly raised her profile in the industry. Her other notable anime roles include Gou in Save Me! Lollipop, Ryōta in Yuri Seijin Naoko-san, Kaname Oku in Gokujyo. Gokurakuin Joshi Kōryō Monogatari, and Camilla in the OVA Holy Knight.
