Rebeca Cecilia Manríquez Sánchez is a Mexican actress of voice and television, born on February 9, 1959, in Mexico City. She began her career in dubbing in 1984 and has since accumulated extensive experience in the field, also occasionally working as a director of dubbing projects. Her training includes studying acting at the Andrés Soler Institute of the Asociación Nacional de Actores and at Televisa's Centro de Educación Artística.

Manríquez has built a prolific career voicing a wide array of characters in anime. Among her notable roles are Goldova in the series Shaman King, a character she voiced in both the 2001 and 2021 adaptations. She also voiced Isabella in the special Lupin the 3rd: Bye Bye, Lady Liberty and took on multiple roles in the same franchise, such as Oleander in the film Lupin III: Dead or Alive. Her work in the medium is extensive and includes characters like Priss Asagiri in Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040, Atsuko Okamura in Ojamajo Doremi, Delia Ketchum in Pokémon Chronicles, Nodoka Saotome in Ranma 1/2, and Naomi Higurashi in Inuyasha. Her anime roles also encompass narrators and other characters in series such as Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers, Ghost Sweeper Mikami, and the film Tokyo Godfathers.

Beyond her on-screen roles, Rebeca Manríquez has contributed to the anime industry as a director. Notably, she served as the ADR director for the Spanish-language version of the 2001 Shaman King series.
