Katrin Decker is a German voice actor and dubbing artist, born on February 3, 1963. Her career path to voice acting was not direct; she initially studied educational science with a focus on psychology, graduating in 1988, and worked in a psychiatric clinic for two years. In 1989, she passed the state examination for stage and musical performance in Hamburg and subsequently undertook private study in classical acting disciplines until 1991. She performed in various theatres in Hanover from 1990 to 2003, and began her work as a voice actor in 1993, becoming a full-time freelance dubbing actor and speaker in 1997.

As a voice actor, Decker is primarily known for providing the German dubbing voices for numerous actresses in international film and television productions.
