He trained at the Accademia nazionale d'arte drammatica in Rome, an education that provided a foundation for a career spanning both stage and voice acting. His theatrical work included performances directed by notable figures such as Mario Ferrero, Andrea Camilleri, and Luca Ronconi.

In the realm of voice acting, Pallini is primarily known for his contributions to the Italian dubbing of numerous anime series and animated films. His filmography includes a wide range of roles in popular titles. For the film Tales from Earthsea, he voiced the character Lepre, also known as Usagi. In the Transformers franchise, he provided the voice for Tidal Wave and Mirage in the series Transformers: Energon. His work in the mecha genre also includes the role of Tatsuhito Saotome in the New Getter Robo OAV series.
