Angel Balam

Ángel Balam is a Venezuelan voice actor, singer, and musician known for his extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime and animated series. He is recognized for providing the Spanish voice for Alastor in the 2004 anime adaptation of the video game Viewtiful Joe.

Balam's career encompasses a wide range of prominent roles in anime. He voiced Jean Havoc in both Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Shinji Matou in Fate/stay night, and Shiki Tohno in Lunar Legend Tsukihime. His other significant anime credits include Yashamaru in Basilisk, Hiro in Beyblade G Revolution, Jenos Hazard in Black Cat, Masaru Kodaka in Bokurano, Shori Kirifuda and Toru in Duel Masters, Kintaro Toyama in Tantei Gakuen Q, and Kimihiro Watanuki in xxxHOLiC.

Beyond anime, Balam has contributed voices to numerous animated series. He is the second voice of Cyborg in the Latin American dub of Teen Titans. His other voice roles in this field include Clay Bailey in Xiaolin Showdown, Dash in Danny Phantom, Dr. Two-Brains in WordGirl, and Rocky Rhodes in The Mighty B!. He also voiced Sky for the first three seasons of Winx Club and DJ in Total Drama Island and Total Drama Action.
