D.C. Douglas is an American actor and voice actor, born on February 2, 1966, in Berkeley, California. He is widely recognized for his extensive work in the English dubs of anime series, primarily for studios such as Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation), and Studiopolis.

His anime voice acting career encompasses a wide range of characters. He is known for voicing the character Yoshikage Kira in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, X Drake in One Piece, and Kalego Naberius in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun. He has also lent his voice to major franchises, including roles such as Jasley Donomikols in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Shoot McMahon in Hunter x Hunter, and Suguru Kamoshida in Persona 5: The Animation.

In the series Akudama Drive, he voices the Execution Division Master. He also plays the role of Maurice Baudelaire in Hortensia Saga. Regarding Detective Conan, Douglas provides the English voice for the character Gin in the Bang Zoom! Entertainment dub of the series, including the special Episode One: The Great Detective Turned Small.

Beyond his work in anime, Douglas has a prolific career in video game voice acting. He is perhaps most famous for his portrayal of the antagonist Albert Wesker in several installments of the Resident Evil video game series. His film and television acting credits also include appearances in series such as The Young and the Restless, ER, and The Big Bang Theory, as well as films like Sharknado 2.
