Carolina Ayala is a Mexican actress, voice actress, and singer with a career spanning over two decades in the entertainment industry. Her professional journey in dubbing began in Mexico in 2010. From 2013 to 2016, she was based in Miami, Florida, where she worked as a television actress for networks like Telemundo and continued her voice acting work, including for the studio The Kitchen Inc.. She later lived in Los Angeles from 2017 to 2020, performing various dubbing jobs, before returning to Mexico, where she continues her voice acting career.

Ayala is recognized for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime and other animated series. She voices the protagonist, known as Ordinary Person or Swindler, in the anime series Akudama Drive. Another of her prominent roles is Nejire Hado, also known as Nejire-Chan, in the popular series My Hero Academia, a role she reprised for the film My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. Her other dubbing credits include the character Stephanie in Lazy Town and various vocal contributions to cartoon songs for series such as Good Luck Charlie and Phineas & Ferb.

Beyond dubbing, her versatility as a performer includes on-screen work. She appeared in Disney's Viva! High School Musical and co-wrote her debut single Aquí Estoy for her character in Nickelodeon's 11-11 En mi cuadra nada cuadra. In recent years, based in Los Angeles, she has expanded her work to include narrating and directing audiobooks for various celebrated authors. Her work as a director on the audiobook Yo te salvaré earned a nomination for Best Audiobook in 2023.
