Roko Takizawa is a Japanese voice actress and stage actress born on November 27, 1956, in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Her real name is Hiroko Takizawa. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab and the theatre company Tōkyō Geijutsuza, where she works as a stage actress. Takizawa has been active in the entertainment industry since 1982.

Takizawa is best known for her long-running role as Mimi-sensei in the beloved children's anime series Soreike! Anpanman. She has voiced the character in numerous animated films for the franchise, including Soreike! Anpanman: Gomira no Hoshi, Soreike! Anpanman: Ningyo Hime no Namida, Soreike! Anpanman: Niji no Pyramid, Soreike! Anpanman: Yūreisen o Yattsukero!!, Soreike! Anpanman: Yōsei Rinrin no Himitsu, Soreike! Anpanman: Mija to Mahō no Lamp, Soreike! Her association with the Anpanman series also includes voicing characters like Kaba's Mother in the 1988 television series.
