Bruno Bulté is a Belgian actor and theater director primarily known for his extensive work in voice acting, specifically for the French-language dubs of numerous anime and animated series. Born on June 30, 1952, his career began in the performing arts after he studied architecture at the Académie royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles in the 1970s. Before becoming heavily involved in voice work, he built a substantial career in theater, both as an actor and a director, and also served as the president of the Belgian improvisation league.

In the realm of voice acting, Bulté has lent his voice to a wide array of characters across many popular anime series. He is the French voice of Isamu Kenmochi in the series The File of Young Kindaichi, known in French as Les Enquêtes de Kindaichi. His filmography includes prominent roles in major franchises; he voiced the characters Tazuna and Pakkun in both Naruto and Naruto Shippûden. He also contributed voices to the various Yu-Gi-Oh! series, including roles such as Doyen Sheppard in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Jakob in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.

Bulté has been a recurring presence in the Transformers franchise, providing the voice for Tankor in Beast Machines: Transformers and later for multiple characters in Transformers Prime, including Shockwave, Breakdown, and Alpha Trion. His work also extends to superhero animated series, where he voiced Warren Worthington III, also known as Angel, in X-Men: Evolution and Dents-de-sabre, the French name for Sabretooth, in Ultimate Spider-Man.
