Josef Vossenkuhl, also known as Jo Vossenkuhl, is a German actor, voice actor, and theater director. He was born in 1962. He completed his acting training at the Schauspielschule Zinner Studio in Munich from 1988 to 1991. Following his education, he performed in various theater productions in Munich, Berlin, and other European cities. In 1996, he founded the Munich theater company Inflagranti & Barrel, where he works as a director and author.

Vossenkuhl is primarily known for his extensive work as a voice actor in the German dubbing of anime and live-action films and series. His voice is described as distinctive, moderately strong, and warm, suitable for characters in an age range of 35 to 50 years.

He has lent his voice to several prominent anime characters. He is the German voice of Toshiki Miyamizu, the father of the protagonist in the acclaimed animated film Your Name..
