Alec Willows is a Canadian actor with an extensive career in voice acting, primarily associated with the Vancouver-based Ocean Productions. Born in 1952, he has been active in the industry since the 1980s, lending his voice to a wide array of characters in numerous animated series and films. His work is prominent in English dubs of Japanese anime, where he has become a recognizable presence for fans of classic and contemporary series.

Willows is perhaps best known for his roles in several foundational anime franchises. He provided the voice for the shape-shifting pig Oolong in the first English-language dubs of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. He also voiced the lecherous monk Master Mushin in the long-running series InuYasha. In the 2020 remake of the classic anime Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Willows voices the kindly monster Brass, the adoptive grandfather of the titular hero, Dai. His other notable anime credits include Bao in Black Lagoon, the Mayor in Powerpuff Girls Z, and roles in Ranma ½ and Gintama.

Beyond anime, Willows has had a significant impact in Western animation and video games. He is well-known to fans of the Transformers franchise for voicing the psychotic Predacon Tarantulas in the acclaimed CGI series Beast Wars: Transformers. He also voiced Commander Feldspar in the cult-classic CGI series War Planets: Shadow Raiders and Falkenar in Conan the Adventurer.

Throughout his career, Willows has frequently collaborated with a stable of fellow voice actors based in Vancouver, including Scott McNeil, Gary Chalk, Paul Dobson, and Don Brown, among others. These collaborations span many of the projects produced by Ocean Studios, creating a cohesive body of work that defines a particular era of English anime dubbing. In addition to his voice work, Willows has also appeared in live-action roles in television series such as The Commish, Millennium, and Supernatural.
