Jason Simpson is a Canadian actor and voice actor with a career spanning over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry, working extensively in animation, video games, and live-action television. He is closely associated with the Vancouver voice acting community and has lent his voice to numerous English dubs of Japanese anime series produced by Ocean Group.

Within the realm of anime, Simpson is recognized for his role as Crocodine, the honorable Beast King, in the English dub of the 2020 anime adaptation of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. He is also known for voicing the character Ensei Rou in the 2006 fantasy anime series The Story of Saiunkoku, appearing in five episodes of the show. His other anime credits include roles in the English adaptations of InuYasha, specifically in the film InuYasha the Movie: Fire on the Mystic Island, and series such as Gintama, Black Lagoon, Death Note, and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny.

Beyond anime, Simpson's most prominent voice role is Lord Viren in the Netflix animated series The Dragon Prince, a performance for which he has received significant recognition.
