Born on November 12, 1965, in Hollywood, California, he has built an extensive career in voice acting since the mid-1990s, working across animation, anime dubs, and video games.

His work in anime includes the role of Akihito Kobayashi in the English dub of the 1995 original video animation Tokyo Revelation. This OVA, based on the Megami Tensei franchise, features Lang in its English-language cast. This role is part of a broader body of anime voice work that began in earnest in the late 1990s.
