Ian Stuart Hanlin is a Canadian voice actor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, who has built an extensive career in animation, video games, and anime since the early 2010s. Originally from Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, he studied Drama at Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec, and performed with the Shakespeare By The Sea theatre company in Halifax before relocating to Vancouver to pursue voice acting.

Hanlin's voice acting career encompasses a wide range of roles in Western animation and video game productions. He is known for voicing Sunburst in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Lance Richmond in Lego Nexo Knights, Acronix in Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and Ralph in Fruit Ninja: Frenzy Force. He also provides the voice of Shadow the Hedgehog and Big the Cat in the Netflix series Sonic Prime. In video games, his work includes portraying Larry Parker in Far Cry 5 and Octavo in Cadence of Hyrule.

Within the anime industry, specifically for English-language adaptations, Hanlin has contributed to several notable series. In the anime World Trigger, he voices the character Koji Oki. For the 2020 anime adaptation of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, he takes on multiple roles, including the characters Apollo, Killvearn, Zamza, Piroro, and Horkins. His other anime credits include roles in Future Boy Conan as Kuzo, Zoids Wild as multiple characters, and Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction as Isobeyan and Ojiro.

Hanlin's performance as Killvearn in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai is part of a broader pattern of voicing antagonists and supporting characters in action-oriented series. He has also appeared in live-action productions, such as an episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
