Gerardo Vásquez is a Mexican voice actor with a career spanning over two decades in the specialty of voice dubbing, where he has also frequently worked as a dialogue director. He is known for his extensive work in the Latin American Spanish dubs of numerous anime series and films.

He has taken on a variety of significant roles in major anime and video game adaptations. He voiced the powerful antagonist Baran, the Dragon Knight, in the Latin American Spanish dub of the 2020 anime series Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. In the film My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, he provided the voice for the villain Wolfram. His work also extends to the animated film Resident Evil: Degeneration, where he voiced the character Curtis Miler.

Beyond these specific roles, Vásquez is particularly recognized for his long-standing association with several high-profile franchises. He is the narrator for the Latin American Spanish version of the Pokémon anime, a role he has held from the very first season through to current series. He is also famous for voicing Meowth, the talking Pokémon member of Team Rocket, in the same series. His voice has been featured in other iconic series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! and One Piece, where he served as narrator, and he has voiced characters in Transformers, including Megatron, and in Naruto.
