Frederik Haùgness is a Belgian actor primarily known for his work in French-language dubbing for anime and animated series. Born in Brussels on September 30, 1974, he is a graduate of the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD). His career in dubbing began in 1998, and he has also taken on roles as an artistic director for dubbing projects since 2016.

Haùgness has built a substantial portfolio of voice roles in anime, providing the French voices for a wide variety of characters. He is notably the voice of Gabiru in the popular franchise That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, including its spin-off, The Slime Diaries. In the anime series Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter, he voices the character Shun dAndromède. His other prominent roles include Gau Ban in Shadow Skill 2 and its related OVAs, and Kousaka in Orange. He also lends his voice to supporting characters in long-running series such as One Piece, Fairy Tail, and Black Clover.

Beyond these roles, his dubbing work encompasses a range of other series and films. He is the French voice for Benimaru in the second season of The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Kaziklu Bey in Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia, and Jirou in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. His involvement in the industry also extends to voice direction, where he has served as an ADR director on projects like the anime adaptation of To Your Eternity.
