Teresa Gallagher is a British actress known for her extensive voice work in animation, including English-language redubs of several anime titles from the 1990s. Her contributions to anime include providing voices for characters in original video animations and films produced during that era.

Gallagher provided the English voice for the character Sayaka Rama in the 1993 anime film Demon City Shinjuku. In the 1990-1991 original video animation Cyber City Oedo 808, she voiced the character Remi Masuda, who appears in the third episode titled Blood Lust. She also contributed to the 1994 original video animation Bounty Dog, voicing two characters, Ines and Yayoi Okina. Her other anime redub work from this period includes roles in Laughing Target and the film X, where she voiced the character Arashi Kishu.

Beyond her work on these 1990s anime productions, Gallagher's career in voice acting is extensive and spans numerous children's television series. She is widely recognized for her role as Nicole Watterson in the Cartoon Network series The Amazing World of Gumball. She has also provided voices for long-running series such as Thomas & Friends, Octonauts, and Thunderbirds Are Go. Later in her career, she returned to anime dubbing to voice the title character in the English version of the TV series Ronja, the Robber's Daughter.
