Raffaele Fallica is an Italian actor and voice actor, born Umberto Francesco Raffaele Fallica in Milan on May 18, 1948. He began his artistic career after graduating from the Civica Scuola del Piccolo Teatro in Milan in 1972, where he was a student of the renowned director Giorgio Strehler. His early stage work included performances with both Strehler and the playwright Dario Fo.

Fallica has built a substantial career in dubbing, providing the Italian voice for a wide array of characters in animation, films, and video games. Within the realm of anime, he is known for several prominent roles. He voiced Tchallichammi in the Italian dub of the 1987 cult classic film Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honnêamise. He also lent his voice to the character Youhei Ayami in the anime series Submarine 707R. His other notable anime voice roles include King Bradley in Fullmetal Alchemist and its sequel Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, as well as the character Gluttony in the latter series. He has also voiced The Major in Hellsing Ultimate, Garuru in Sgt. Frog, and Hacchan in One Piece. His film work includes a role in the live-action movie Juon: The Grudge.

Beyond animation, Fallica has an extensive career dubbing live-action films and television series. He is known for being the first Italian voice of DeForest Kelley as Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy in the original Star Trek series. His work in video game dubbing is particularly prolific, with his voice featured in numerous major titles. He is well-known as the voice of Raziel in the Legacy of Kain series, Vladimir Lem in the Max Payne games, and Werner Von Croy in the Tomb Raider series.

In addition to his work as a performer, Raffaele Fallica has held significant leadership roles in the dubbing industry. He has been the president of the board of directors for ADC Group, a historic Milanese dubbing studio. He has also worked as a dubbing director, overseeing the Italian versions of various animated works, including Kizuna, Laura, a Little Girl on the Prairie, and Roujin Z. Fallica has also appeared as an on-screen actor in numerous Italian television series and films, most notably in the long-running sitcom Casa Vianello.
