Mimi Woods is a former American voice actress based in Los Angeles, known for her work in English dubs of Japanese anime during the 1990s and early 2000s. Born on October 18, 1965, she was occasionally credited under alternative names such as Mimi J. Davies and M.J. Davis. Woods has long since retired from acting, having moved away from Los Angeles, with her last known voiceover role being in the English version of the video game The Bouncer.

Woods is best known for providing the English voice of Major Motoko Kusanagi in the original 1995 film Ghost in the Shell, a role she also reprised for a video game adaptation. Her filmography from this period includes a range of other prominent anime titles. In the cyberpunk OVA Black Magic M-66, she voiced the character Nakamura. She also took on the lead role of Ruriko Asakaga in the supernatural comedy series Phantom Quest Corp.. Other notable credits include Shayla-Shayla in the various El Hazard series and OVAs, Lahrri Fernando in Battle Athletes Victory, Natasha in Super Dimension Fortress Macross II: Lovers, Again, and multiple roles in The Super Dimension Century Orguss, including Ripple and Athena. Her work also extended to video games; in addition to Ghost in the Shell, her final performance was as a newscaster in The Bouncer, a character notably named after the actress herself.
