Sayuri Matsumura is a Japanese voice actress and former member of the idol group 乃木坂46, where she was active as a first-generation member from the group's formation in 2011 until her graduation in 2021. Born on August 27, 1992, in Osaka Prefecture, she is affiliated with the talent agency 乃木坂46合同会社 for her entertainment activities. Prior to her career in entertainment, she attended Osaka Tōin High School.

Her entry into the entertainment industry came through her success as an idol, but her passion for anime, fueled by her admiration for voice actress Yui Horie, led her to pursue voice acting as a career goal. Her voice acting credits include roles in several anime series. She voiced the character Mochiko Ookane in the 2018 television anime SNS警察. In 2017, she took on the role of Akari Amemiya in the anime adaptation of the novel Clione no Akari. Her film work includes providing the Japanese dub voice for a character in the animated film Dragon Kingdom: Tales of Magic, which was released directly to video in Japan in 2016. She also contributed her voice to the long-running franchise Pokémon, playing the role of Plusle in an episode of Pokémon Journeys: The Series in 2021.

In addition to her anime roles, Matsumura has been featured in dubbing work for foreign films. Information about recurring collaborations with specific directors, studios, or other voice actors is not available in the public record. While her voice acting filmography is established, her career is more extensively documented for her work as a television actress, film actress, and fashion model.
