He is a graduate of MacEwan University's Theater Arts program and possesses seven years of formal voice training, with a background in performing classical and contemporary musical theater. His professional voice-over career includes work in commercials and animation, and he has experience with automated dialogue replacement (ADR) sessions.

Snowden's voice is characterized as a tenor, and he is versatile in portraying characters across a range of ages, typically from teen to middle-aged adults. His most prominent roles to date are in the card game anime genre. He provided the voice for the character Seiji Kido in the anime series Future Card Buddyfight Ace, a role that spanned approximately 30 episodes.
