Tomoyuki Higuchi is a Japanese voice actor born on November 13, 1984, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He began his career in the voice acting industry in the 2000s. His early career included smaller roles in anime, gradually building a portfolio of supporting characters across various series.

Initially, Higuchi was affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He left the agency in September 2015 and worked as a freelancer for a period before later becoming affiliated with Limia-works.

Higuchi is known for a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. In anime, some of his notable performances include Mitsuyoshi Misawa in My Little Monster, Yoshitaka Moriyama in Kuroko's Basketball, Nack Tierce in Attack on Titan, and Ryūki in Assassination Classroom. He also voiced the character Zhang in the Finder Series drama CDs.
