Chihiro Ueda is a Japanese voice actress born on February 28 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Crazy Box. Ueda is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Her career began with a significant breakthrough when she was cast as the lead character Masaru Saiga in the 2018 television anime series Karakuri Circus.
