Yūko Ōno is a Japanese voice actress born on November 2, 1993, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. She began her career after graduating from the drama department of Nihon Kogakuin College in 2015, subsequently entering the training school affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. She became a full member of Mausu Promotion in April 2017.

Ōno's career includes a variety of prominent roles in anime series. She portrayed Hiyō Yukino in Music Girls, Jeanne d'Arc in Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc and the Alchemist Knight, Kayo Aiga in Kakushigoto, Aya Kokudo in Yuki Yuna is a Hero: Churutto! and its sequel Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Great Full Bloom Chapter, Azami in Tsugumomo 2, Kaede in Lapis Re:LiGHTs, and Jōizumi Masamune in Tenka Hyakken. Additional leading roles include Yuzu in Konohana Kitan, Aya Asagiri in Magical Girl Site, and Nemesis in Infinite Dendrogram. Her work in video games is extensive, with notable credits as Rimururu in Samurai Shodown, Flayn in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and Kirara Kuno in Blue Reflection: Second Light.

In November 2018, Ōno announced a temporary hiatus from work to focus on medical treatment. She returned to her activities in January 2019. On October 31, 2024, her agency announced she would begin an indefinite hiatus starting November 1, 2024, for personal reasons.
