Paula Seabra is a Portuguese actress and voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing foreign productions for the Portuguese market. She was born in Viseu and studied at the Escola Superior de Educação de Viseu before moving to Lisbon to graduate in dramatic art from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. Her career began in theatre during her adolescence, and she made her television debut in 2006 with the telenovela "Tu e Eu". Alongside her on-screen roles in Portuguese television, cinema, and theatre, Seabra has built a substantial career as a voice actress, working regularly as a dubbing actor and director from the early days of dubbing in Portugal.
Seabra has provided the Portuguese voice for a wide array of characters in animated series and films. One of her noted roles is as the voice of Joana (the protagonist) in the Portuguese dub of the anime series "Attacker You!", known in Portugal as "Joana e Sérgio: O Desafio dos Anjos".
