Paula Seabra is a Portuguese actress and voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing foreign productions for the Portuguese market. She was born in Viseu and studied at the Escola Superior de Educação de Viseu before moving to Lisbon to graduate in dramatic art from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. Her career began in theatre during her adolescence, and she made her television debut in 2006 with the telenovela "Tu e Eu". Alongside her on-screen roles in Portuguese television, cinema, and theatre, Seabra has built a substantial career as a voice actress, working regularly as a dubbing actor and director from the early days of dubbing in Portugal.

Seabra has provided the Portuguese voice for a wide array of characters in animated series and films. One of her noted roles is as the voice of Joana (the protagonist) in the Portuguese dub of the anime series "Attacker You!", known in Portugal as "Joana e Sérgio: O Desafio dos Anjos". Her work in anime also includes voicing the title character Doraemon in films such as "Doraemon e o Expresso do Tempo" (2003) and "Doraemon e os Deuses do Vento" (2006), as well as Oliver Tsubasa (as a child) in the 2002 version of "Campeões: Oliver e Benji". Beyond anime, her dubbing portfolio is extensive and includes roles in series like "Ruca" (as the Avó do Ruca in various iterations from 2004 to 2024), "As Aventuras de Sonic" (additional voices), "Rugrats" (as Chuckie in seasons 4-7), "Teen Wolf" (as Ms. Argent), and "Carmen Sandiego" (as A Mecânica and A Piloto). She has also dubbed numerous films, including "Rio" (as Gansas), "Os Pinguins do Sr. Popper" (as Ama-Seca), and various "Bratz" productions as the character Yasmin. Her work is frequently associated with the Portuguese dubbing studios Somnorte and Cinemágica.
