Tommy Arciniega is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series and video games. He is also credited under the alias Tom Bauer.

Arciniega has built a career voicing a wide range of characters across numerous popular anime franchises. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the Fate franchise, where he voices Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia. He first played the character in Fate/Apocrypha and later reprised the role for Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note. In the Hunter x Hunter series, he is the voice of Feitan, a role he has performed in both the 2011 television series and the films Phantom Rouge and The Last Mission. Another significant and long-running role is Shinji Koganei in all three seasons of Kuroko's Basketball and its sequel film, LAST GAME.

His other prominent anime voice credits include Daichi Shiratori in Mob Psycho 100 and its sequels, Garp Goemon in Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun, Hush Middy in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Gerard Azulema in The Misfit of Demon King Academy II, and Toguro Okunaga in Beyblade X. He has also provided voices for series such as Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Lupin the 3rd Part 6, and Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre.

Working under the name Tom Bauer, Arciniega has contributed to several high-profile Bang Zoom! Entertainment dubs, including roles as Tagoma and Shu in Dragon Ball Super, as well as parts in Cells at Work! and Sword Art Online. He has a history with Bang Zoom! that predates his voice acting, having worked as a production assistant for their dubs of series like Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic and Toradora!.

Beyond anime, Arciniega's voice can be heard in numerous video games. His notable game credits include Brock in Pokémon Masters, Randi in the remake of Secret of Mana, Clio in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, Dion Maier in Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and The Mysterious Journey, and roles in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and Halo Wars 2. His work also extends to dubbing live-action productions, primarily Korean films, where he has voiced characters in The Battleship Island, Master, and The Admiral: Roaring Currents.
