Randall Wiebe is a Canadian voice actor and playwright known for his work in various anime and video game productions. He was born in Morden, Manitoba, and is based in Rosebud, Alberta. His career encompasses a wide range of performance and creative roles, including work as a stage actor, artistic director, and instructor.

As a voice actor, Wiebe is recognized for his contributions to the English adaptations of several notable titles. He provided the voice for Dr. Thomas Light in multiple projects within the Mega Man franchise. His roles as Dr. Light include the video games Mega Man Powered Up, Mega Man X8, and Mega Man X: Command Mission. He is also the voice of Dr. Light in the animated feature Mega Man Maverick Hunter X: The Day of Sigma, which serves as a prologue to the game Maverick Hunter X. Beyond the Mega Man series, Wiebe's voice acting credits include the anime series Hunter × Hunter.

In addition to his voice acting career, Wiebe has an extensive background in theater.
