Takashi Oohara is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on April 9, 1978, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He is the younger brother of the prominent voice actress Sayaka Ohara. Oohara trained at the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy and the Ken Production-affiliated training school School Duo before beginning his professional career in the early 2000s.

Oohara has built a career providing voices for a wide range of characters in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. His anime roles are diverse, spanning multiple genres. He is known for playing Kyosuke Tsurugi in the Inazuma Eleven GO series, a role he has reprised in various sequels and related media. Other notable anime credits include Akihito Sudo in Chihayafuru, Raile Light in Mobile Suit Gundam AGE, and Yuma Kohinata in Happiness!. In 2011, he provided the voice for the character Ethan, also known as Jesse Glenn, in the anime series Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders.
