Yuina Yamada is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent management firm Aksent. She was born on June 21st in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. Before entering the voice acting industry, she graduated from Fukui Prefectural Fukui Commercial High School and later studied at Tokyo Broadcasting Academy, subsequently graduating from the 16th term of the Aksent affiliated training school. Her personal interests include jogging and visiting historic sites related to the Shinsengumi, and she holds a Level 2 certification in the Japan Kanji Aptitude Test. She is also skilled in playing volleyball and speaking the Fukui dialect.
Yamada began her voice acting career in 2016, securing her first roles in the television anime series Black Hawk, The Three Leaves, and Scared Rider Xechs. In 2017, she landed a more prominent role as Michiru Kōta in the long-running series Idol Time PriPara. A significant early career milestone came in 2018 when she was cast as Hizume Arima, a main character in the cheerleading-themed anime Anima Yell!. For this series, she also performed both the opening theme song Jump Up↑Yell!! and the ending theme song One for All alongside her fellow cast members. That same year, she voiced the character Mizuri in the anime Kiratto Pri Chan and appeared in the game Kirara Fantasia as her Anima Yell! character, Hizume Arima.
In 2020, Yamada was cast in one of her most high-profile roles to date, voicing Noel Niihashi in the theatrical anime adaptation of Tite Kubo's Burn The Witch. She reprised this role for the subsequent 2023 sequel, Burn the Witch #0.8. Throughout her career, she has accumulated a diverse range of credits in both anime television series and games, including roles in The Magnificent KOTOBUKI, Cop Craft, and Kabukichō Sherlock. Her filmography also includes work in web anime series such as Idol Land PriPara in 2021 and Sand Land: The Series in 2024, as well as dubbing work for foreign productions like the television series Black Mirror.
