Otoha is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on January 28, 1981, in the Ikeda region of Nagano Prefecture. Her real name is Kazuyo Yoshida. She is affiliated with the talent agency FITONE.

Her career includes both on-screen acting and voice work for anime. One of her notable voice roles is Kokin-chan in the 2006 animated film Soreike! Anpanman: Kokin-chan to Aoi Namida, where she voiced the character and also performed the film's ending theme song, Aoi namida. Her other anime voice acting credits include voicing the character Periko in the 2006 film Dōbutsu no Mori, the movie adaptation of the Animal Crossing video game series. She was also involved in the GetBackers anime project, contributing as a voice actor and theme song performer.

In addition to her voice work, Otoha has appeared in several live-action films. Her live-action credits include roles in the 2001 film BOM!, the 2001 release G-taste, the 2004 omnibus film Jam Films S, the 2005 dog-themed film Inu no Eiga and its 2011 sequel, and the 2007 Japanese-Korean romantic drama Hatsuyuki no Koi: Virgin Snow.
