Rich Brown is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series and films. He is also credited professionally as Richard Brown.

Brown has provided voices for a number of prominent anime titles. He is best known for voicing the character King in the popular series One Punch Man, a role he has reprised in the anime's second season and in the video game One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows. In the Godzilla anime film trilogy, he voiced the Bilusaludo major Rilu-elu Belu-be in Planet of the Monsters, City on the Edge of Battle, and The Planet Eater.

His other notable anime credits include the role of Aeatola in KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will and voicing Rom in the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- franchise, including its third season and the video game The Prophecy of the Throne. He has also been part of the cast for the Beyblade Burst series, voicing Helios in Sparking and QuadStrike. Additional voice roles include Chaos in the video game Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars and providing additional voices for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles.
