Shiki Aoki is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor from Toyama Prefecture, born on January 14, 1990. He began his career in the entertainment industry after moving to Tokyo for high school at the age of fifteen, where he became active in stage performances and worked as a reader model. He initially uploaded gameplay commentary videos online under the nickname "Maou," which gained him attention and led to appearances on official NicoNico Live broadcasts. In 2013, he adopted the stage name Shiki Aoki, which he chose based on the character Shiki Ryougi from The Garden of Sinners. That same year, he passed the Famitsu Weekly Gamers Angel audition. He made his voice acting debut in 2015 as Freesia Izayoi in the game Kamisama to Unmei Kakusei no Cross Thesis.

Aoki is known for a wide range of roles in anime and video games. One of his most prominent and long-running roles is Asuka Ninomiya in The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls franchise, a role he has played since 2016 across multiple games and anime adaptations. In anime television series, his notable roles include Yushin in Voice of Fox, Kaoru Tsutsui in Real Girl, Homura Kōgetsu in Edens Zero, Mayuko Nise in High-Rise Invasion, Lottecia in Sorcerous Stabber Orphen -Chaos in Urbanrama-, Runa Kusakari in Cinderella Nine: The Story Continues, and Lorna Kirizas in The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made. Other significant anime roles include Makoto Asada in Cardfight!! Vanguard G: NEXT and its sequel, and Hulemy in Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon.

In video games, beyond his work on The Idolm@ster, he has voiced characters such as Orochi and Chris in The King of Fighters All Star, Lily in WACCA Lily, Jacques de Molay in Fate/Grand Order, and Dagda in Arknights. He also voiced Volpia in Gyakuten Othellonia and Runa Kusakari in Cinderella Nine. Aoki has also been active in stage productions, appearing in adaptations such as Persona 4 as Yukiko Amagi, and in Premium 3D Musical: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel as Angelica Rogner.

Outside of acting, Aoki is a skilled gamer, having won a Texas Hold'em tournament in high school, which contributed to his "Maou" nickname. He is also a fashion designer, creating his own brand, Green Eyed Monster, and an active YouTuber and streamer. In 2021, he published an essay book titled "Live Selfishly," which discusses his personal experiences, including his childhood, experiences with bullying, and his gender identity. Aoki publicly came out as a transgender man in 2020. He has been represented by the agency KD Entertainment since late 2022.
