Arisa Shida is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Osawa Office, known for her work in anime, video games, and the dubbing of foreign films and television series. She was born on October 3 in Kanagawa Prefecture and is a graduate of the Aksent附属养成所 Shine 9th class. Before joining her current agency at the start of 2019, she was previously associated with Aksent.

Shida's career began in the early 2010s, with early roles including parts in Naruto Shippuden and as the younger version of characters in series such as Maken-Ki! Battling Venus and Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. A significant turning point in her career was her role as Amanda O'Neill in the 2017 television anime Little Witch Academia, a character she also voiced in the earlier 2015 theatrical short Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade and subsequent video games.
