Masaya Miyazaki is a Japanese voice actor born on March 20, 1999, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Stardust Promotion. Miyazaki is a graduate of the Osaka Amusement Media General Academy, which he completed in March 2020. His path to becoming a voice actor was inspired by watching Yusuke Kobayashi's performance as Subaru Natsuki in the anime Re: Zero - Starting Life in Another World.

Miyazaki's career began in 2020, and he quickly started accumulating roles in various anime television series and other media. One of his early notable roles includes voicing Momohito Hanazono in the long-running The Idolmaster franchise, specifically in The Idolmaster SideM series and related games. His filmography from the early to mid-2020s consists primarily of supporting characters.
