She is part of a prominent family in the Italian dubbing industry, being the daughter of actor and voice actor Giuseppe Rinaldi and actress Maria Pia Casilio. Her siblings, Massimo and Antonella Rinaldi, are also voice actors. Before focusing on voice acting, Rinaldi appeared as an on-screen actress in television and film from a young age, including a role in the variety show Non è la Rai and a long-running part as Daniela Rocca in the TV series Il maresciallo Rocca.
