Wagner Follare is a Brazilian actor and voice actor, born on September 22, 1983, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is primarily known for his work dubbing anime and live-action series into Portuguese for the Brazilian market.

Follare has built a substantial career voicing characters in a wide range of popular anime series. He is the Portuguese voice of Gloxinia in the redub of The Seven Deadly Sins: Imperial Wrath of The Gods. He voices Hanzou Urushihara, also known as the Demon General Lucifer, in The Devil Is a Part-Timer!!, including its second season. His other prominent anime roles include Revel in Platinum End, Kazutora Hanemiya in Tokyo Revengers and its sequel Tokyo Revengers: Christmas Showdown, and Umi Nakano in Rent-A-Girlfriend and its second season.

Beyond the roles listed, his voice can be heard in numerous other anime productions. His credits include Abyss Razor in Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Mordred in Radiant, Aiichiro Nitori in Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club, a minor role in Drifting Dragons, and Theo in the animated series Dragon's Dogma. He has also contributed to the dubs of popular films, such as providing the voice for Taki Tachibana in the Brazilian Portuguese version of the anime film Weathering With You. He voiced the Angel Devil in the Portuguese dub of the hit series Chainsaw Man.

His work is not limited to Japanese animation. Follare has voiced characters in Brazilian productions, including the role of Ralph in the animated series Super Drags and Giz Amarelo in the film Meu Amigãozão: O Filme. He also works dubbing live-action content, having been the first voice of King Tommen Baratheon in the series Game of Thrones and the voice of Kevin Keller in Riverdale.

Follare has frequently collaborated with Som de Vera Cruz, a dubbing studio based in Rio de Janeiro. He worked under the studio's direction for his roles in Platinum End and The Devil Is a Part-Timer!! Season 2, among others.
