Chie Satou is a Japanese voice actress, though the name is more accurately rendered as Satō Chie.

She was born on July 1, 1964, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of Aoni Juku, the training school for the talent agency Aoni Production, and has been affiliated with that agency for her entire career, which began in 1985.

Satō is known for her versatility in voicing a wide range of characters, from young boys to elderly women and even various creatures. Her career is marked by long-running roles in some of Japan's most beloved anime franchises. She is perhaps best known as the voice of Bo-chan, a character she has played in the Crayon Shin-chan series since 1992, appearing in numerous television episodes and nearly all of the franchise's theatrical films, including those mentioned such as Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Shinkon Ryokō Hurricane and Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Shūrai! Uchūjin Shiriri. Another significant long-term role is that of the character Kanchi Imada in the popular Yo-kai Watch franchise, a part she has voiced across the original series, its sequel Yōkai Watch ♪, and its movie adaptations.

Her career also features a notable collaboration with the Pokémon anime franchise. Starting with the Advanced Generation series, she has voiced numerous Pokémon, most prominently Jessie's serpentine partner Habunake (Seviper) and Haruka's Gonbe (May's Munchlax).
